TAROUBA, Trinidad and Tobago (July 19, 2026) – Pakistan dominated the opening day of their only warm-up match against the West Indies Select XI, finishing on 455 for 4 at stumps at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba.
After electing to bat, Pakistan’s batsmen produced a disciplined and commanding display, batting through 136.5 overs to put the visitors in a strong position heading into the second day.
The West Indies Select XI bowlers toiled throughout the day, claiming four wickets but finding it difficult to contain Pakistan’s batting lineup as the visitors built several productive partnerships.
