Director of Human Resources
¨ The successful candidate must possess at least 5 years experience in a similar position in a medium size to large up – scale hotel, with a proven track record in all aspects of Human Resources management.
¨ The overall responsibility of the position is to direct and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function including recruitment and retention of staff, benefits administration, training, employee relations, communication to staff, career development, wage and hour compliance, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.
More specifically, the successful candidate will be required to:
¨ Monitor the quality of staff performance and guide managers to effect proper performance appraisal
¨ Assess the development and effectiveness of all levels of employees and the manpower needs of the hotel using succession planning and assist managers with career planning, coaching and counseling.
