Barbados and Guyana send 31st Anniversary messages to PM Douglas

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, SEPTEMBER 18TH 2014 (CUOPM) – Barbados’ Prime Minister the Hon. Freundel Staurt says Barbados and St. Kitts and Nevis enjoy excellent relations at both the bilateral level and within the ambit of the Caribbean Community

In a message congratulating St. Kitts and Nevis’ Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas on the Federation’s 31st Anniversary of Independence, the Bajan leader expressed confidence that “our shared history, common values and joint aspirations will serve to maintain the strong and enduring friendships which exists between our two countries.”

President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, His Excellency Donald Ramotar in sending congratulations to Prime Minister Douglas wished the “people of St. Kitts and Nevus continues success in the economic and social development of their nation and look forward to working with you towards the future strengthening of the relations between our two countries.”
