At a brief handing over ceremony held on Tuesday 24th May, Manager of the Nevis Branch of the Development Bank of St.Kitts and Nevis, Miss Hyacinth Pemberton, officially handed over a cheque to the President of the Nevis Masters Cricket Association, Franklyn KUT Daniel.
In handing over the cheque of the undisclosed amount, Manager Pemberton wished the Nevis team every success in the upcoming Leeward Islands Masters tournament and pledged her institution’s continued support of the team, in its quest to continue to give back to the community.
Daniel, for his part, thanked Miss Pemberton and her institution for the generous gift and confidently assured her that his team will indeed return with the trophy, for the fourth consecutive year.
He noted that the Bank has assisted the team for the last three years now and looked forward to a continued working partnership going forward.
