(ICFFA): Raffling a brand new Toyota Corolla Car

Its that time again, the Indian Castle Fisher Folks Association (ICFFA) will be hosting its third annual fishing tournament at the Indian Castle Landing Site on Labour Day, Monday 2nd May 2016. This year we have an added feature, we will be raffling a brand new Toyota Corolla Car valued over E.C$100,000.00 to be drawn the same day after the tournament. We are encouraging the general who have not yet purchased their tickets to do so now from any member of the ICFFA, Mackie 662 7022, Slammer 663 8752, Corey 664 5076, Buju Snackette on Main Street, Clarke’s One Stop at market Shop, or this Friday 29th April 2016 at D R Walwyn Plaza where we will be selling tickets and the car will be on display. All fishers on St. Kitts/Nevis are encouraged to register to enter the tournament at a cost of E.C$150.00 per boat. There is a maximum of 3 angular per boat. Those who are interested in taking part in the fishing tournament registration forms can be had from any member of ICFFA and can also be picked up at DR Walwyn Plaza on Friday 29th April 2016. For those in St. Kitts, forms can be picked up from the Fisheries Depot on the Bay Road, New Town, St. kitts. Boats can leave from Oualie, Charlestown or Indian Castle. All boats however must return at Indian Castle by 4pm. The forms have the rules and guidelines.

The winner of the tournament would receive a cash prize of E.C$2,500.00 with other prizes. Again this year we have 9 categories as follows:

Winner most pounds of fish per head. 2nd and 3rd place

Winner most pounds caught, 2nd and 3rd place

Winner largest fish caught, 2nd and 3rd place

 

Again we are appealing to the general public to be apart of the buzz on May 2nd 2016 from 10 am to 10pm, music will be provided by Judgment Sounds along with the Sugar Hill String Band. See you there, come on out and support your favourite boat.
