Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 24, 2016, (RSCNPF) A 17 year old male juvenile of Rawlins Village Nevis has been arrested and formally charged on a warrant in the first instance for the offence of Murder committed on Tuesday (September 20).
The incident resulted in the death of another 17 year old juvenile, a resident of Hanley’s Road.
