LIME has rolled out a new Voicemail platform.
The new platform which was part of a LIME region-wide upgrade went live in the Federation on May 5th 2014.
To setup voicemail on the new platform, subscribers would simply have to dial *123 on their LIME handset and follow the setup tutorial, which will guide them through changing the default PIN (1234), recording a personal greeting or voice signature, and changing their voicemail settings.
Commenting on this new system General Manager LIME (St. Kitts & Nevis) Mr. David Lake stated, “We wanted to ensure that our mobile customers have a user friendly experience when accessing and using their voicemail. With this new voicemail platform, our customers can rest assured that they have a secure and customizable voicemail service”.
