POLICE REPORT OF ARRESTS, CONVICTIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

Basseterre, St. Kitts, November, 08 2016, (RSCNPF):  Below is a report of Arrests, Convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period of 07 November.

ARREST AND BAIL:   

Arrested: Juan Skelton of Herbert Street, New Town was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences  of possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

ArrestedStanley Ward, an adult of Harris Village was arrested, formally charged and for the offence of Larceny of a Dwelling House.

Arrested: An adult male resident of Buckley’s Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Indecent Assault committed on the November, 05 at Buckleys Village.

Arrest/Bailed:- Omari Tota of George Street, Newtown was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.  He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on November 14.

Arrested/Bailed: Tracey Peets of St. Peters Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the Offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply. He was granted bail the sum of $5,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on November 14.

Arrested/Bailed: Davion Miller of Cayon Street, Basseterre was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of  Driving without Insurance and Driving without a St. Kitts/Nevis valid and unexpired  drivers license. He was granted bail in the sum of $5000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on December 01.

Arrest/Bailed: Paul Whyte of Ottley’s Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for driving without a valid driver’s license and driving without insurance. He was granted bail in the sum of $3,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court.

Bail: Oliver Styx of New Road Development who was arrested and charged for the offence of kidnapping was granted bail in the sum of $30,000.00 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on December 08. The conditions of the bail are (1) to have no contact with the virtual complainant either by himself or through his agents, (2) to report to Basseterre Police Station Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm, (3) to stay 100 feet away from the v/c, (4) to surrender all travel documents.

OTHER ACTIVITY:

Search Warrant Executed: Police executed a number of search warrants over the period of this report. The Warrants were executed in the following areas: Water Works and Upper Cayon.

House Breaking: Police is investigating a report of House Breaking in Lime Kiln.

Larceny in Dwelling:  Police is investigating a report of Larceny in Dwelling in Saddlers Village.

Traffic Accident: There were two (02) traffic accidents on the federation’s roadways in during the period of this report.
