Cabinet expands stimulus and provides concessions
Cabinet agreed to extend the duty-free scheme for stand-alone restaurants for an additional year. Cabinet also agreed to provide concessions for small and medium size enterprises. These small and medium size businesses are Whoosh Bumper Cars, Synergy SKN, Seahorse Enterprises, Bird Rock Beach Hotel (which will upgrade and refurbish its facilities including the gymnasium), and Oasis Investment Ltd.
Cabinet approves medical centre
Cabinet has approved for establishment Keti-Medical Centre and Pain Management.
Cabinet supports measures to strengthen justice, law and order in the country
Cabinet has unanimously approved measures to strengthen justice, law and order in the country by approving the launch of the National Crimes Commission, the establishment of one National Defence Council, and the formation of a Criminal Justice Strategic Board.
