REPORT OF ARREST, CONVICTIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.‏

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 26, 2016 (RSCNPF): Below is a report of Arrest and or Convictions from the records of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for period 25 April.

ARRESTS/BAILED:

Arrested: Jequani Davis of Phillips Road Molyneaux was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Driving without a license and Driving without Insurance committed on April 24, 2016. He was granted bail in the sum of $5000 and ordered to appear at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on Monday 6th June 2016 at 9:00am in the forenoon.

Bailed: Kareem Hanley of Half Way Tree who was charged on April 23, 2016 with the offences of Obstruction, Threatening Language and Disorderly Conduct By Making Noise was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 and ordered to appear at the District “B” Magistrate Court on Monday 6th June 2016 at 9.00am

Bailed: Derrick Lashawn Hendrickson of Ponds Estate Basseterre, who was charged with the offences of Building Breaking with intent and Building Breaking and Larceny committed at the Rams Food Court was granted bail in the sum of $50,000 and ordered to appear before the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 20th June 2016.

Bail was granted to two juveniles involved in the same matter in the amount of $50,000.00 and they were ordered to report at before the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 20th June 2016.

The conditions of bail for all three individuals are, (1) placed on curfew from 8pm to 6am and (2) must report to the Basseterre Police Station every Wednesday between 7am to 7pm. Until the court date.
