Report of Arrests, Convictions and Other Activities

Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 24, 2016, (RSCNPF): Below is a report of Arrests, Convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period 19-23th October.

ARREST AND BAIL:

Arrested: Jason Liddie of Parsons Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Burglary. He was also arrested, formally charged and cautioned on a warrant in the first instance on a charge of escaping lawfully custody.

Arrested: Emmanuel Aidelomon of at Wades Gardens was arrested formally charged and cautioned for the offence of driving when not covered with insurance.

Arrested: Javed Daniel of Saddlers Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for offence of robbery.

Arrested/Bailed: Elforon Isaac of La Guerite Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for Possession of Cannabis, Battery on Police Officer, Insulting Language and Indecent Language. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Friday 11th November 2016..

Arrested/Bailed: Kerwin Pullock of Fort Thomas Road was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Receiving. He was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 7th November, 2016.

Arrested/Bailed: Nakisha Harrigan of Conaree was arrested formally charged and cautioned for Possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply Bailed: He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 for her appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 7th November 2016.

Bailed: Chadin Buchanan of Boyds Village, who was arrested for Possession of Firearm committed on September 27th 2016, was granted Bail in the sum of $75, 000.00 for his appearance at the District “B” Magistrate Court on November 7th 2016 at 9 o’clock in the forenoon. CONDITIONS: The defendant is to report to the Basseterre Police Station Daily between 7.00am and 6.00pm, not to leave the Jurisdiction without court permission, not to interfere with any witnesses in this matter and not to contact any witness in this matter while on bail.

COURT CONVICTIONS:
None to Report

OTHER ACTIVITY:
House Breaking and Larceny: Police is investigating a number of house breakings that have occurred in the following areas; Sun Rise Hill Villas, Maynard Street, Ponds Pasture and Buckley’s Estate.

Search Warrant Executed: Police executed a number of search warrants over the period of this report. The warrants were executed in the following areas: West Street , Newtown; Fort Thomas Road, Lower Thibou Avenue and Farms Road.

Traffic Accident: There were two (2) accidents on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts on October, 20. There was one (1) accident on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts on October 21. There were three (3) accidents on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts on October 22 and there were six (6) accidents on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts October 23. Three (3) in St. Kitts and three (3) in Nevis.
