Basseterre, St.Kitts (August 23rd 2016):- The St. Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board has signed an agreement with SKN Homes to facilitate the development of 50 Affordable Luxury homes at Douglas Estate in a Development which will be labeled Cane Grove .
The Signing Ceremony saw SKN Homes’ Faron Lawrence along with Ag. Chairman of the St.Christopher-Nevis Social Security Board Mr. Oscar Walters signing the agreement for the Affordable Luxury Home Development. Also present at the signing were Mrs Sephlin Lawrence Director of the Social Security, Deputy Director Steve Wrensford, Legal Advisor Leon Charles, Marilyn Johnson Chief Financial Officer and Elvin Bailey Assistant Director of Compliance and Benefits .
The Home Development will see the construction of a collection of 50 homes ranging in size from 1500 to 2000 sq. feet and built on lot sizes ranging from 5,500 to 8,000 sq. ft. The Ultra-Modern Community Development was carefully designed to exude elegance, sophistication and luxury. The homes and the eventual overall Cane Grove Community incorporates a myriad of opulent features that distinguish each home as an authentic architectural marvel. The Homes are styled to be sophisticated and modern with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. They will also boast multiple windows to maximize the natural light, LED lighting and easily accessed carports. In addition, they will be pre-wired for high speed internet, TV, phone lines and home automation technology.
Financing for the Homes are available through special arrangements with the St.Kitts-Nevis Anguilla National Bank, CIBC First Caribbean Bank and the TDC Financial Services (Formerly FINCO).
