digicel-st-kittsIn keeping with the 2014 theme “Fix Our Phone Rights,” the Ministry of Consumer Affairs is endeavouring to give consumers a chance to interact with their telephone and other communications providers in the federation on talk shows hosted by various radio stations.

The main objective of this activity in the 2014 celebrations is not only to put consumers on the correct path to securing and protecting their rights in this area, but allow consumers to challenge present customer service practices while receiving prizes for participation.

A multitude of giveaways ranging from trinket to communications equipment will be available for winning by anyone who answers questions correctly on this week’s communication based radio talk shows.

“For the talk shows and giveaways for example we were on ZIZ last Monday at 10:00 a.m. and what we have been requesting of our consumers and listeners is that they listen to the programmes,” said Ms. Powell, “for all the questions that can be asked on any of the talk shows are questions that will have the answers inside the programmes.”

Some of the actual gifts according to Powell throughout the week will include top ups from LIME, handsets from LIME, top ups from LIME, baskets from Ashbury’s, baskets from Lucky’s, 50% discount on Domino’s Pizzas, KFC Vouchers and many others.
