The TDC Home and Building Depots are taking February to heart; they are celebrating the month of love with a Heart-Healthy Promotion.
The month-long activity is two-fold. The first is a sale offering twenty percent on selected products in the stores along with a twenty-five percent discount (25%) on all red items. The range of products includes appliances, electronics, crockery, household items and even furniture.
The second offer is free heart-healthy checks every Saturday from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The screening will include blood sugar and blood pressure tests along with useful advice on how to take the best care of your ticker. This activity will be conducted by health professionals at the Home and Building Depot in St. Kitts.
A team of certified pharmacy technicians at the City Drug Store in Nevis will offer the same free service every day during opening hours for any customer/client who wants to have his/her keep heart in tip-top shape.
This is the second year that the retail outlets are having the awareness campaign and it forms part of their corporate community outreach programmes.
