BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, FEVRUARY 22ND 2014 (CUOPM) – Veteran local photographer, Keethon France is praising members of the Parks and Beaches.
“We have to big up, as in acknowledge and congratulate, the staff of Parks and Beaches for their great work,” said France in a comment on his FaceBook page.
France, a son of National Hero, the Right Excellent Sir Joseph N. France posted that on Wednesday morning, on his walk to The Village, the Parks and Beaches employees were working outside the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CGBC) Annex on the Infirmary Road, which houses classes for architecture, timber and agriculture.
“I could not get my snap. This snap I captured on my afternoon walk to the village, and the sun was in a better position too. To put the icing on their cake, they only need to have a trash disposal unit with them all the time. But they are doing good,” wrote France.
Parks and Beaches, attached to the Ministry of Health, was established during the first term of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party administration and has been charged with cleaning and landscaping the verges around St. Kitts.
