Junior Office Assistant

This is an opportunity to join a small, yet well-established business. We are looking for a full time Junior Office Assistant to join our team.

You will report to the Office Manager on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a willingness to learn, an ability

to follow directions, strong attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

–       General administration duties including filing and scanning.

–       Assist with reception duties as required.

–       Assist with daily banking activities

–       Organise corporate activity with outside offices

–       Perform messenger duties as required

Minimum Requirements:

–       Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

–       High School Diploma

–       Good Communication Skills

–       Professional Demeanor
