Basketball Camp Climaxes This Week

A Basketball camp, coordinated by the Ministries of Education and Sports, commenced at the Grell Hull- Stevens Netball complex on Monday 14th August.

According to lead coach, Jeffrey Lewis, there are between 15 and 20 regular participants and they are being taught the basics of the game of Basketball, which include controlling, dribbling and shooting.

He is convinced that the youngsters have real potential and plans to have several game sessions towards the end of this week.

The camp closes on Friday 25th August, with an official closing ceremony.
