Basseterre, St. Kitts — Officers of the Criminal Investigations Department have formally charged Jahmar Williams of Sandy Point in connection with two separate theft-related offences alleged to have been committed on March 23, 2026.
On July 1, 2026, Mr Williams was formally arrested and charged on Warrants in the First Instance with the offences of Larceny from the Person and Larceny.
The charge of Larceny from the Person relates to an incident alleged to have occurred on March 23, 2026. The second charge of Larceny stems from a separate incident that allegedly occurred on the same date at Pitcairn Street, Newtown.
