Jaquan Mills, also known as Jovan Prentice, an inmate of His Majesty’s Prison, has been charged with the offence of Escaping Lawful Confinement. The offence was committed on December 15th, 2025.
Mr Mills was charged on December 17th, 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station.
