Kite Flying

The St. John’s Community Improvement Club (SJCIC), held its annual kite flying competition on Good Friday-7th April.

It was a very windy day and the kites were late in coming.

However, by late afternoon, the kites were out in their numbers and the Flats in Cole Hill was packed with spectators and kite flyers.

There were also two busy domino tables and local food and drink galore.

Here are the results of the kites registered for the competition:
