BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — Morley Gumbs of Half Way Tree, St. Kitts, has been formally charged with the offence of simple wounding.
The charge was laid against Mr Gumbs on March 10, 2026, at the Sandy Point Police Station, following investigations by law enforcement authorities.
