Saturday, January 25, saw the renewal of old rivalries, as the Nevis Female Cricket team, engaged their Kittitian counterparts, in St. Kitts.
Nevis won the toss and elected to send the Kittitians in to bat first.
The Kittitians batted their way to 118 for 2 in 21 overs, led by well-played innings by Kaiye Hanley and Thelma Gumbs.
However, when the Nevisian lasses batted, they knocked off the required target in a mere 11 overs but continued batting the full 21 overs for the sake of batting practice.
Saneldo Willet was the outstanding batter with a superb 76 not out.
