Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 21, 2018 (RSCNPF): Constable Lennox Hodge of the Nevis Division was formally arrested and charged on Thursday, September 20 for two traffic-related offence
He was charged for Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Driver’s License and for Driving Without Insurance. He was driving a privately owned vehicle at the time of the incident. He is expected to appear before the Basseterre Magistrate Court today, Friday, September 21. Additionally, he will face disciplinary action as well. Further, as in all cases when an Officer is charged with an offence and put before the Court, Constable Hodge is also expected to be suspended from duty with half pay until the matter is disposed of at the Court.
