Nevis is celebrating a major achievement in youth cricket, with seven players earning selection to the final 14-member Leeward Islands Under-15 team.

Leading the squad is Karese Farrell, also known as “Bolo,” who has been appointed captain—an honour that underscores both his leadership and talent.

The selected Nevisian players are: Karese Farrell, Nicholas Hero, Aedan Williams, De’morae Prentice, Deshawn James, Kamari France, and Ryan Marchan.

The strong representation means that half of the team hails from Nevis, a significant milestone that highlights the island’s growing influence in regional cricket.

Credit has been given to the Nevis Cricket Association and coach Stuart Williams for their continued commitment to youth development and nurturing emerging talent.

The achievement has been widely welcomed as a proud moment for Nevis, with well-wishes extended to the players as they prepare to represent the Leeward Islands on the regional stage.
