Sports Minister Congratulates Assistant Referee

Minister of Sports on Nevis, Hon. Eric Evelyn, on Friday 28th June, took time out to publicly congratulate SKNFA’s Assistant referee, Miss Ulinda Warner of Nevis, for being selected to attend a coaching program in France.
Minister Evelyn also had words of commendation for the other participant in the course, Referee Ms. Shandor Wilkinson, of St. Kitts.
He stated that reaching this milestone speaks volumes to what the SKNFA is doing; to what we are doing in Nevis and to the work put in by Miss Warner.
Minister Evelyn further stated that ‘the sky is the limit’ and asked Miss Warner to stay focused and opined that this could be the foundation of many more exposures for her.
He also beseeched her to continue to make Nevis proud.
He also had words of commendation for the tremendous work being done by FIFA Referees’ Assessor, Malcolm Ramsey, and noted that Ulinda’s opportunity would not have been possible, had not Ramsey sacrificially and unselfishly instituted regular training classes for persons interested in becoming referees.
