TAIPEI, TAIWAN (ROC) – The Embassy of St. Kitts and Nevis in the Republic of China (Taiwan) recently hosted a special graduation reception in honour of the Federation’s graduating students, celebrating their academic achievements and wishing them continued success in their future endeavours.

The event, held on Sunday at the Diplomatic Quarter in Taipei, brought together members of the Class of 2026, embassy staff, and friends for an afternoon of fellowship and celebration.

Guests enjoyed a buffet lunch catered by Hooked, a restaurant business co-owned by St. Kitts and Nevis graduate Lennox Bedford and his business partner Jaleel Browne. The occasion not only celebrated academic success but also highlighted the entrepreneurial accomplishments of nationals studying abroad.

During the reception, His Excellency Ambassador Donya L. Francis presented each graduate with a bottle of sparkling cider as a token of recognition for their hard work, perseverance, and outstanding achievements.

Guests also had the opportunity to preview the 2026 Graduation Yearbook, a publication showcasing the accomplishments and experiences of this year’s graduating nationals. The yearbook has since been released in digital format, allowing family members, friends, and supporters to celebrate the achievements of the graduates from anywhere in the world.

In extending congratulations to the graduates, Ambassador Francis commended them for their dedication and resilience throughout their academic journey and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence as they embark on the next phase of their lives.

“The Embassy is immensely proud of the accomplishments of our graduates,” Ambassador Francis said. “Their success reflects not only their personal determination but also the promise and potential of the people of St. Kitts and Nevis. We wish them every success as they pursue their careers and continue to make meaningful contributions to society.”

The Embassy of St. Kitts and Nevis in Taiwan once again extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2026. It wishes each graduate continued success and fulfilment in all future endeavours.
