ST.KITTS CRICKET ASSOCIATION HAS NEW EXECUTIVE

The St.Kitts Cricket Association held its annual general meeting on Sunday, March 1, 2015.

As a result of the elections which were held, a brand new executive has been put in place for the upcoming year:
President-Dennis Phillip
Vice President—Charles Morton
General Secretary-Conrod Kelly
Treasurer-Franklyn Maitland
Asst.Secretary/Treasurer-Robert Jeffers

The management committee is yet to be finalized but the following individuals have been proposed to sit on the committee:

Hester Rawlins; Elvis Isaac; Stanley franks; Jackie Delaney; Ruth Connor and Ganesh Algu.

NEVIS CRICKET SEASON TO BOWL OFF THURSDAY

The long awaited start of the local Cricket season on Nevis will be on Thursday, March 5, 2015.

After a meeting with his executive on Monday evening, President of the NCA, Mr. Denrick Liburd announced that the first match in the second division competition will be played at the Cotton Ground Playing field, between SDA Jets and the Gingerland Secondary School team on Thursday 5th March.

According to Liburd up to Monday, only a few teams had officially registered, meaning those that have actually paid their registration fee of $250.00.

He however noted that the tournament will commence with the registered teams.
