Sunrise & Stillness Launches a New Women’s Wellness Experience in St. Kitts

Basseterre, St. Kitts  — A new women’s wellness experience, Sunrise & Stillness, will take place 23–25 January 2026 at the eco-luxury Belle Mont Sanctuary Resort at Kittitian Hill in St. Kitts, offering a thoughtfully curated weekend focused on movement, pelvic health education, emotional wellbeing, and holistic healing.

Created by wellness entrepreneur Anastasha Elliott, founder of Sugar Town Organics, Sunrise & Stillness was designed in response to the growing need for safe, accessible spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and learn about aspects of health that are rarely discussed openly — particularly pelvic and emotional health.

The experience blends sunrise movement practices, mindful nourishment, guided conversations with an international pelvic health specialist, and embodied wellness sessions rooted in both modern science and Caribbean-inspired care. Programming includes yoga and Pilates, a tea ceremony, a fireside conversation on women’s pelvic health, emotional wellness sessions, a pelvic wellness intensive session, somatic dance with live drumming, sound healing, and an optional farm-to-table experience. Some participants will be able to meet with our specialist one-on-one.

“Sunrise & Stillness was born from personal experience and community need,” says Elliott. “Women carry stress, responsibility, and unspoken health challenges in their bodies every day. This experience creates space for education, release, and restoration, giving women the tools, language, and space to understand their bodies, in a way that feels safe, grounded, and culturally resonant.”

In addition to serving local and regional participants, Sunrise & Stillness contributes to the broader positioning of St. Kitts as an emerging wellness tourism destination, blending natural beauty, heritage, and intentional wellbeing experiences.

Kelly Fontenelle, Chief Executive Officer at the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership:

“Wellness and authentic restoration are cornerstones of the St. Kitts experience, perfectly aligning with our ‘Do Not Disturb’ message. We are thrilled to support Sunrise & Stillness because this initiative provides visitors and locals alike with a meaningful way to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves in the natural tranquility of St. Kitts. It is precisely the kind of intentional, high-value experience we champion.”

Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience. Early Bird registration is currently open, with in-person and virtual participation options available.

The wellness weekend is sponsored/supported by Belle Mont Sanctuary Resort, The Pelvic Health and Healing Institute, Sugar Town Organics, Lyvelle The Brand, The Office of the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis and the St. Kitts Tourism Authority.
