Swim Team Announced for 2025 OECS Championships

The St. Kitts & Nevis Aquatics Federation (SKNAF) has officially announced the national swim team selected to represent the Federation at the upcoming 2025 OECS Swimming Championships, scheduled for November 7–9 in St. Vincent.

This year’s delegation features talented swimmers from both St. Kitts and Nevis, all of whom achieved qualifying standards through outstanding performances at recent time trials and regional meets.

SKNAF President Eldon Thomas congratulated the athletes, stating:

“This team represents the continued growth of competitive swimming across both islands. Their dedication, discipline, and results throughout the season have earned them the right to wear our national colours with pride.”

The OECS Swimming Championships bring together the top swimmers from across the Eastern Caribbean for a weekend of high-level regional competition. For many participants, the event serves as an important steppingstone toward international representation.

SKNAF also expressed appreciation to the swimmers’ coaches, clubs, and families for their ongoing support, and extended thanks to Montpelier Hotel and St. Kitts Royal Hotel for their generous assistance.
