Tech Tank SKN Launches to Inspire the Next Generation of Innovators in Saint Kitts and Nevis

Basseterre, St. Kitts — A bold new initiative aimed at empowering young innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs has officially been launched with the introduction of Tech Tank SKN, a youth-focused technology and innovation competition designed to cultivate creativity, leadership, and problem-solving among the nation’s youth.

Targeting students and young people between the ages of 14 and 18, Tech Tank SKN seeks to build the next generation of Caribbean innovators, founders, and changemakers by providing participants with the opportunity to pitch original ideas, gain mentorship, and compete for meaningful prizes.

Organisers describe the initiative as “more than a competition,” emphasising its mission to create a sustainable pipeline for future Caribbean founders and technology leaders.

Participants are not required to have a fully developed business or product to enter. Instead, the program encourages youth with innovative ideas and a passion for solving problems to take the first step toward entrepreneurship and technological innovation.

Through mentorship opportunities, networking, and exposure to innovation-driven thinking, Tech Tank SKN aims to foster a culture of creativity and forward-thinking development within Saint Kitts and Nevis and the wider Caribbean region.

The competition is expected to bring together students, educators, mentors, and industry professionals in support of youth empowerment and innovation-led growth.

Interested participants and supporters are encouraged to follow Tech Tank SKN for updates and additional information regarding registration, competition guidelines, and upcoming events.
