After weeks of tireless service in Jamaica, the dedicated crews of the St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC) and the Nevis Electricity Company Limited (NEVLEC) have returned home. These utility professionals responded without hesitation to the call for assistance following the devastation of Jamaica’s electricity network by Hurricane Melissa, joining regional counterparts under the CARILEC Disaster Assistance Programme (CDAP).
