Windies Women Commence Training Camp in Dubai

The West Indies women’s team training camp in Dubai has commenced ahead of their tour of Pakistan.

The 15-member team is working for nine days under head coach Shane Deitz.

The training camp is set to run from 1-14 April with the West Indies arriving in Karachi, Pakistan. on 14 April.

The West Indies will play three ODIs from 8-23 April, with a five-match T20I series running from 26 April to 3 May.

All matches will be played at National Bank Stadium (NBS), Karachi.

The West Indies team includes Trinidad and Tobago’s Karishma Ramharack and newcomer Kate Wilmot of Jamaica.

Quiana Joseph and Chedean Nation have been recalled to the West Indies team after their performances in the Women’s Super50 Cup last month.

Hayley Matthews will captain the West Indies team in Pakistan with Shemaine Campbelle as vice-captain.
