Youth and Sports under 21 Tournaments Heating Up

The second round of matches in the Youth and Sports Department under 21 tournament, which is hosted by Pennyless Auto Parts, was played over the weekend, at the ET Willet Park.

In a much anticipated match up, played on Saturday 27th May, Central came up against Eastern.

Central batted first and scored 155 in 29.1 overs. Easterns was coasting to the target, led by Saeed Williams and Carlon Tuckett, when suddenly Akadianto Willet in a telling spell of seam bowling managed to put a dent in the proceedings, with some crucial wickets.

The Eastern team eventually stuttered to the winning target for the loss of 9 wickets, as FARI struck the winning run.
