Althus Whyte of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offence of Conveying.
Whyte was ordered to pay a $5,000 XCD fine within four months, or face six months’ imprisonment if he fails to comply.
The sentence was delivered on November 18, 2025, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court, District “A.”
