Andrew Davis of Sebastian Street, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offence of malicious damage, stemming from an incident that occurred on June 30, 2025, at North Independence Square Street, Basseterre.
Davis, who pleaded guilty, was ordered to pay a $5,000 XCD fine within five months. Failure to do so will result in twelve months’ imprisonment.
