CANADA UNDER 19 BEAT LEEWARDS

It may be considered an upset of sorts, but Canada under 19 enjoyed a convincing victory over their Leeward Islands counterparts on Tuesday 28th July. This as the regional under 19 tournament continued.

Canada batted first and posted a competitive 216 all out and the Leewards, despite a few of their top batsmen getting starts, were bowled out for 169.

The good news is that Ross Powell finally found some semblance of form, before he was stumped on 40.
