Basseterre, St. Kitts — Devon Harris of Temple Alley, Basseterre, has been convicted for the offence of larceny following proceedings at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court.
On June 30, 2026, Mr. Harris appeared before Her Honour Ms. Yasmine Clarke, where he pleaded guilty to the offence of larceny committed on March 11, 2026.
Upon his guilty plea, the Court ordered Mr. Harris to pay compensation in the sum of EC$2,500.00 to the aggrieved party within two (2) months. In default of payment, he will serve six (6) months’ imprisonment.
