The Joycelyn Liburd Primary School proudly celebrated the achievements of its Class of 2026 on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, during a graduation ceremony held under the theme, “Rooted in Passion. Ignited by Purpose. Rise to Excellence.”
The ceremony was held under the patronage of Ms Kristel Pemberton and was ably chaired by Ms Kever Challenger, who warmly welcomed attendees, congratulated the graduates on reaching this significant milestone, and encouraged them to pursue excellence as they embark on the next stage of their educational journey.
Bringing greetings on behalf of the Department of Education, Education Officer Ms Nicolla Fraser congratulated the graduates on their accomplishments and encouraged them to embrace every new opportunity with determination, integrity, and a lifelong love of learning.
A special highlight of the ceremony was a motivational video message from Featured Speaker Ms Soros Hendrickson, who reminded the graduates that passion gives life purpose and that excellence is achieved through perseverance, resilience, and confidence in their own abilities.
The graduating class was represented by Valedictorian Mr Aaron Daljit, whose thoughtful address reflected on the friendships, challenges, and achievements that defined the students’ primary school experience. Teondre Elliott was recognised for his outstanding academic achievement, earning the distinction of Salutatorian.
