The Nevis Historical and Conservation Society is pleased to welcome its 2026–2027 Board of Directors as it continues its mission of protecting and promoting the historical, cultural, and natural heritage of Nevis.
The Society is especially delighted to welcome back its Executive Committee for a second consecutive term, including Isabel Byron, President; Maurisha Robinson, Vice President; Warren Moving, Treasurer; and Terysia Herbert, Secretary. Their continued leadership, dedication, and vision have played an important role in guiding NHCS through a period of growth, impactful programming, and exciting new initiatives.
NHCS also warmly welcomes two new members to the Board—Vanel Bailey and Hazel Chiverton. The Society looks forward to the perspectives, expertise, and energy they will bring as it continues to expand its work in heritage preservation, environmental stewardship, education, and community engagement.
At the same time, sincere gratitude is extended to outgoing board members De-Syl Hamilton, Devon Pemberton, Charles Ward, and Nykeisha Henry for their invaluable service and contributions. Their time, support, and commitment have helped strengthen the organisation and advance its mission in meaningful ways.
Here’s to another productive and exciting term ahead, as NHCS continues working to preserve and celebrate Nevis’ rich heritage for generations to come.
