The Police have formally charged Yanqing Li of Cardin Avenue on a Warrant in the First Instance for the offence of Receiving.
Mr. Li was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on July 15th, 2023.
Mr. Li’s charge follows the previous charges of Larceny laid against Kevin Jeffers of LaGuerite, and Elroy Matthew of Market Street, both on St. Kitts.
These offences were committed on June 28th, 2023, and both men were charged at the Basseterre Police Station on July 1st, 2023.
Mr. Jeffers and Mr. Matthew have since been granted bail and released from police custody.
Mr. Li is currently awaiting a bail hearing
