Police Strengthen Community Ties During McKnight Walkthrough

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, January 8, 2026 — Officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) conducted a community walkthrough in McKnight on Thursday as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen police–community relations and promote public safety.

The initiative was led by Commissioner of Police **James Sutton**, with support from members of the High Command, senior officers, and frontline personnel. During the walkthrough, officers engaged residents in face-to-face discussions, creating an opportunity for open dialogue, constructive feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.

Residents shared concerns affecting their neighbourhood, offered recommendations, and highlighted areas where policing efforts have made a positive impact. Officers listened attentively, documented issues for follow-up, and provided safety and security information directly to households.
