Basseterre, St. Kitts, July 6, 2026 — Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department have formally charged Roddy Castro Tomas of Carty Alley, Newtown, with the offence of Wounding with Intent.
Mr Tomas was arrested and formally charged on July 4, 2026, on a Warrant in the First Instance.
The charge stems from an incident that allegedly occurred on July 2, 2026.
Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
