BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — A senior management delegation from Sandals and Beaches Resorts recently visited St. Kitts for high-level discussions with the Government.
According to a government statement issued Tuesday, Executive Chairman Adam Stewart led the delegation, which met with Prime Minister the Hon. Dr Terrance Drew to explore potential investment opportunities in the Federation.
The visit provided an opportunity to formally introduce the Sandals and Beaches leadership team and to engage in substantive dialogue regarding the possible establishment of a Sandals or Beaches Resort in St. Kitts.
Discussions focused on the long-term benefits such a development could bring to the country’s tourism industry and wider economy, including job creation, expanded airlift, increased visitor arrivals, and strengthened international brand visibility.
The engagement signals continued efforts by the Government to attract strategic investment partners aimed at enhancing St. Kitts and Nevis’ position within the regional and global tourism marketplace.
