Swimming : Young Swimmers to Participate in Barbados Meet

Five Nevisian athletes will travel to Barbados today to compete in the Sonia O’Neal Memorial International Invitational. The team is scheduled to depart from Oualie at 2:30 p.m.

The swimmers will compete in several events at the Barbados Aquatic Centre from May 21–24. The meet is expected to provide an excellent opportunity for the athletes to gain valuable racing experience and continue their development in regional competition.

The athletes representing the team are:

Edith Denne — 9–10 age group
Abhijith Srinivasan — 13–14 age group
Teadrian Tross — 11–12 age group
Akimba Cornelius — 8 & Under age group
Kawhi Hendrickson — 8 & Under age group
