Taiwanese Embassy Supports 31st Agriculture Open Day &Marine Expo with Shirt Donation

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources has received a generous donation from the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in St. Kitts and Nevis in support of the 31st Agriculture Open Day & Marine Expo 2026.

The contribution, made in the form of official event shirts, will assist with the successful hosting and promotion of one of the Federation’s premier national agricultural events.

The donation underscores the strong and enduring diplomatic relationship between St. Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of China (Taiwan), as well as the Embassy’s continued commitment to supporting initiatives that advance agriculture, food security, and national development.

The Agriculture Open Day & Marine Expo remains a flagship event, showcasing progress, innovation, and opportunities within the agriculture, fisheries, and marine sectors. This year’s 31st edition, under the theme “Cultivating Our Future With Innovative Technology On Land & at Sea,” is expected to bring together farmers, fishers, agro-processors, entrepreneurs, students, and members of the wider public for exhibitions, demonstrations, and educational activities.
