JESSUPS, NEVIS – Thirty-one aspiring educators officially commenced their journey into the teaching profession as the 2026 Prospective Teachers’ Course opened at the Jessups Community Centre.
Held under the theme, “Beyond the Blackboard: Reaching Every Learner,” the course is designed to equip prospective teachers with the foundational knowledge, skills, and professional values necessary to meet the diverse needs of students and foster excellence in the classroom.
Addressing the participants, Minister Liburd encouraged them to embrace the opportunity with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
