Athletics : Blue House Claims Victory at Montessori Academy Sports Meet

Students of Montessori Academy delivered an exciting display of athleticism at the school’s annual sports meet on Thursday, March 12.

The event was held under the patronage of former track star Cardin Powell, who was recognised for his contribution to athletics and encouraged the young competitors.

Athletes participated in a wide range of events, including sprints, middle-distance races, and fun activities, showcasing both talent and enthusiasm. The meet drew strong support from parents and spectators, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

At the end of the competition, Blue House emerged as champions with 357 points, followed by Red House with 294 points, while Green House finished close behind with 285 points.

The sports meet highlighted the importance of physical activity, teamwork, and school spirit, as students competed with determination and pride throughout the day.
