Building Contractors are hereby invited to bid on the proposed Joycelyn Liburd Primary School Renovations, Gingerland, Nevis. The works include, but are not limited to the following: Refurbish washrooms for Juniors and Staff on the upper level
Refurbish restrooms for Kindergarten and Staff on the lower level
Build new timber framed roof over walkway to Staff Washrooms
Repair existing rainwater guttering and down pipes
Install new catch basins for improved site drainage.

Payment of a non- refundable tender deposit of EC$250.00 is required upon collection of tender document packages. The deadline for submission of tenders to the above address is set for Thursday August 4th, 2016 at 2.00 PM. Tenders will be opened immediately after this deadline.
