The West Indies Under-15 Tournament got underway on Sunday, March 29 in Antigua, with the Windward Islands recording an early victory over the Leeward Islands.
Batting first, the Windwards posted 128, led by Dylan John with 37 runs. Ryan Marchan was the standout bowler for the Leewards, claiming 5 wickets for 46 runs.
In reply, the Leewards were bowled out for 77, with extras contributing 23 runs to the total. Joseph led the Windwards’ bowling attack with 3 wickets for 25 runs, helping secure a 51-run victory for his team.
Meanwhile, Trinidad and Tobago edged past Jamaica, winning by two wickets in another closely contested match.
