Basseterre, St. Kitts — Officers of the Cayon Police Station have formally charged Damian Burroughs of Cunningham Village, Lower Cayon, in connection with a wounding incident.
Mr Burroughs was arrested and formally charged at the Cayon Police Station on July 3, 2026, on a Warrant in the First Instance for the offence of Wounding committed against Luciano Abbott of Cunningham Village, Lower Cayon. The incident occurred on June 27;2026
